Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders over $500. Every watch on our site is physically in stock at one of our locations and generally ships out within one (1) business day of receipt of your order and verification (settlement) of the funds from from our bank/credit card company. All Canadian and United States orders are shipped via FedEx priority overnight and are fully insured at no additional charge to the customer. Free shipping applies to all orders over $500, otherwise the shipping charge will be relayed on to the purchaser.

No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We try our best, but we cannot guarantee any delivery date. In some instances items ordered together may ship separately.

PAYMENT BY WIRE
Orders paid by wire will be shipped on the day we receive confirmation of the funds from our bank. The cut off time to receive incoming wires is 1:00pm PST. Please note that we accept wire transfers only. No ACH or other forms of electronic transfer will be accepted. Please note that orders will be cancelled for non-payment two full business days after the order has been placed without receiving funds or a proper confirmation. Due to being located in Canada We do NOT accept Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal as a payment method.
