Warranty
Our goal at Exclusive Time Zone is to provide exceptional service beyond the purchase of your luxury watch. Every watch bought or serviced through us is protected by either the original manufacturer's warranty or a 1-year limited warranty from Exclusive Time Zone, starting from the date of purchase. However, certain exclusions may apply. The date of purchase is determined by the date listed on the invoice or any other document deemed as proof of purchase by Exclusive Time Zone.
If the remaining original manufacturer warranty on a purchased watch is less than one year from the purchase date, we will take over as the warranty provider for the remaining time between the lapse of the original manufacturer warranty and the one-year mark from the date of purchase through Exclusive Time Zone. When a warranty claim is made for a watch that still has the original manufacturer warranty, Exclusive Time Zone may submit the claim to the manufacturer for evaluation and acceptance or rejection. The warranty terms and conditions in this case will be those provided by the manufacturer. Watches that are returned from the manufacturer for service will be covered under the manufacturer's service warranty, which takes precedence over any other warranty from Exclusive Time Zone. If a component of a watch fails after being returned from the manufacturer for service and it is outside the manufacturer's warranty and within the one year of coverage from Exclusive Time Zone, we may choose to repair or replace the component.
Vintage Warranty
Our goal at Exclusive Time Zone is to provide exceptional service beyond the purchase of your luxury watch. We stand behind every item we sell, however, vintage watches are not covered under Exclusive Time Zone’s warranty, as the availability of replacement parts for these older watches may be limited and repairs may not always be possible.
Repairs
We provide a 1-year limited warranty on all watches purchased through Exclusive Time Zone; however certain exclusions may apply. Any repairs done by our company will be covered under this warranty. The warranty coverage will be for one year which begins on the date of purchase as stated on the invoice or any other document designated as proof of purchase by Exclusive Time Zone.
What's Not Covered:
Exclusive Time Zone's 1-year limited warranty does not cover damage caused by water or moisture, external wear and tear, or any external damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, bracelet/band, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, missing stones, or gems on the external portion of the watch, or any other physical damage. Using the watch under conditions that exceed the manufacturer's guidelines will also void the warranty. Most mechanical and quartz watches do not keep perfect, accurate time, the warranty does not cover watches that run slow or fast. Any third-party repair or attempted repairs will void the Exclusive Time Zone 1-year limited warranty.

The Exclusive Time Zone Authenticity Guarantee ensures that your watch has undergone a thorough examination and has been confirmed to be genuine. Please keep the following in mind as you enjoy your new watch:
- Vintage and pre-owned watches may not have the same water-resistance as when they were new.
- Mechanical watches are more delicate than other types of watches, please check the specifications before engaging in any activity that could place excessive shock to the watch.
- Most mechanical and quartz watches do not keep perfect, accurate time, our warranty does not cover watches that are running slow or fast.
- Vintage watches may contain repaired and/or aftermarket parts unless otherwise stated.
